In order for a refund to be considered, the watch should be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.
A return must be logged within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Any refunds or exchanges due to manufacturer defects must first be returned to COZA Watches in order for us to assess the nature of the claim and determine if the claim is valid.
Should the original packaging have severe damage, a small fee will be deducted from the refund to repackage the product.
Any products purchased on sale will only be refunded at the sale price.
In this instance proof of purchase will be necessary for a refund to be considered.
Any costs incurred in the return of the watch to COZA Watches will be on the behalf of the purchaser.
Warranty
Your COZA watch is given a 12 month warranty which commences on day of delivery.
The warranty covers the movement, dials and hands of the watch and does not cover wear and tear, water damage, strap, battery and glass.
If any issues which fall under warranty arise within the first 12 months of ownership, COZA will repair/correct any of these issues with no cost to you.
